Sweepstakes Official Rules
By entering a sweepstakes on Zesty Orange Photography, you agree to the following Official Rules:
- NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
- Must be 18 years old and a U.S. resident to enter.
- Only entries received on Zesty Orange Photography are valid. No entries will be received by mail or by email.
- One entry per person.
- The number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning.
- Zesty Orange Photography will not be held responsible for typographical errors.
- Winners will be notified via email and will have 24 hours to claim their price.
- Zesty Orange Photography has the right to publicize the winner's name and likeness. Zesty Orange Photography has the right to use the winner's name and photo, where applicable, for promotional purposes.
- If the winner forfeits or does not claim the prize, the prize will be re-awarded, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. All prizes will be awarded.
- Zesty Orange Photography is not liable in the event that the prize or sweepstakes in some way negatively impacts the winner.
- This sweepstakes is being regulated in Texas.
