Featured Session: Quadruplets
I’m so excited to blog about this Featured Session! As a professional photographer, Olesya enjoys working with new families and help capture beautiful memories for them. This Featured Session was especially special because she had the privilege of photographing infant quadruplets! Olesya explained, “It was definitely a challenge, but it was also a lot of fun”. In this blog post, She shares some photos from the session and gives some tips on how to photograph newborn quadruplets.
I’d like to introduce you to the photographer who took these photographs. Olesya Redina is a photographer based in Austin, Texas, who works out of her Zesty Orange Photography studio. Her interest in photography began with her father, who practiced developing photographs in his darkroom, prompting her to pursue an art education. Now, let’s take a look at some of the beautiful photographs from this Featured Session!
Olesya was able to capture some wonderful portraits of the quadruplets. In this photograph, the babies are arranged side by side. This photo was taken early on in the session when they were still sleepy and calm.
Later in the session, Olesya photographed the babies with their older sister in a group. Here, you can see all four babies together with sister.
In this final photograph, all four babies are posed together on a cozy blanket with sister. What an amazing sight!
Photographing newborn quadruplets is definitely a challenge, but it’s also a lot of fun!
Olesya offers these tips for photographing quadruplets:
– Get an assistant or two
– Have plenty of props on hand
– Be prepared for chaos!
